Resending settlement reports

You can resend the settlement reports that you receive automatically by us for every payout on your bank account by email, in your personal Online Dashboard.

Here is how it works:
  1. Login with your account details on your Dashboard at
  2. Click on "Transactions" and then on the right hand side "Resend a settlement report".
  3. Now you can choose the required day or month.
    Important: You have to pick the date of the payout of the sales history (shown in green) and not the date of transaction nor the day you received the funds on your bank account. 
  4. Now the report will be sent to your registered email address. This can take a few minutes.
Please note that you can't generate reports of the current day or month.
