When you log on to sumup.me with your registered email address and password, you can view your data under 'Account'. To change the information, please note the following:
Change bank account details
Here you can find all information how to change your bank account for the payouts.
Change E-Mail address
If you want to change the email address linked to your SumUp account, please contact our Support Team. Just send us an e-mail from your existing e-mail address and send us your new email address.
If this is not possible, for example if you don't have access anymore to your old email account, please call our Customer Service team.
Change mobile phone number
In order to amend your mobile phone number, we kindly ask that you supply us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the copy of your mobile phone bill or a screenshot of the online portal of your mobile phone provider. The document should be have your name, the phone number and a date on it, as it shouldn't be older than 6 months.
We kindly ask you to send us a copy of a bank statement or utility bill with the current address by email (email@example.com). As soon as we received your proof, we will change your address accordingly.
Change business name
To change the business name of your account, we kindly ask you to send us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) a copy of your official company registration document (with the requested business name on it). Afterwards, will change the name in our data base accordingly.
Close your account
If you want to close your SumUp account, please contact our Support Team, as they can close your account for you.
