Troubleshooting - EMV Terminal

If you can't connect the EMV Terminal, please try the following:

  1. Please check here if your smartphone / tablet meets the requirements.

  2. Restart your smartphone / tablet: by doing so, the Bluetooth chip is restarting.

  3. Check if an update of the SumUp App is available in the iOS AppStore or Android PlayStore.

  4. Delete the SumUp App and reinstall it
